Head of Brand Marketing Department
Responsibilities:
- Building a brand marketing strategy;
Research of consumer and market trends and technologies:
- Conducting consumer research during the development of brand positioning and new product launches;
- Tracking changes in audience behavior, taste preferences, and trends.
Market Environment Research:
- Conducting regular market analysis: demand dynamics, seasonality, key players and their shares, price monitoring and price indices.
Brand Assortment Strategy Management:
- Managing the existing assortment matrix and developing new assortments in accordance with identified consumer trends based on sales market analytics;
- Quality management of the components of the assortment development process: formulation, production technology, organoleptics, and cost control of the final product;
- Preparing "selling presentations" for the sales department with market trends, key product advantages, target audience, and shelf positioning;
- Interaction with internal functions to manage new product launches: commercial, R&D, sales department, trade marketing, etc.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing in an FMCG company;
- Non-standard thinking, high creativity;
- Experience in PR, internet promotion (including viral), TV, print, design, product marketing;
- Advanced user of Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, knowledge of graphic software.
Conditions:
- Work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00;
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
