🌍 Location: Moscow or Moscow Oblast. 📍 Work format: Hybrid format (with client site visits). 📄 Employment: IS or SMZ (with the possibility to transfer to company staff after 6 months). 💵 Salary: from 350,000 rubles after tax (discussed individually).

📄Project Description: Industry: Public Sector Project Stack and Environment: Backend: PHP (Laravel) DB: PostgreSQL Broker/Integrations: data bus (under the hood) Development of a system related to state procurement. The state customer is complex, but adequate and also result-oriented.

📋Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst Team Lead or informal leadership of a department;
• Customer interaction experience (gathering requirements, demonstrations) with 3+ years of experience; - B2G experience is mandatory - Willingness to travel 1-2 times a week to the customer's site for requirements gathering. 📋 Will be a plus:
• Experience in EIS procurement.

✅Tasks:

• Leading a team of business analysts (10 people);
• Being the center of the team and competencies, becoming a single point of contact for resolving any issues within the analyst-development-customer scope;
• Ability to gather requirements personally, set tasks, analyze regulations;
• Experience in setting tasks for integration development, working with databases (understanding structure, SQL), writing documentation (knowledge and ability to work with GOST standards);
• Working under tight deadlines, system development is underway, overtime is possible (paid).
