The women's clothing and accessories brand LIMÉ is looking for an Office Local Head.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless communication between the local team, suppliers, and the head office;
- Support the process of obtaining visas and all necessary documents for local office employees;
- Search for and select the most suitable subcontractors to ensure office operations (courier companies, models, inspection companies);
- Conclude, manage, and terminate all contracts related to the local office's operations;
- Organize all payments related to the local office's activities;
- Maintain financial reporting to ensure the functioning of the local office;
- Resolve all issues related to the operations of local offices;
- Manage supply chain risks and promptly resolve production crises;
- Participate in the selection and hiring of local office specialists;
- Develop an inspection schedule, organize, and control their execution;
- Monitor the timeliness and effectiveness of the office team's work.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience as a head of local representative offices in the clothing and footwear manufacturing sector;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Chinese (spoken and written) for conducting complex negotiations and documentation;
- Systematic approach, ability to quickly handle a large volume of diverse tasks, communication skills;
- Proficient PC user, MS Office.
