Due to the growth of our Marketing team, we are looking for a passionate Brand Manager ready to grow with us!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation of a brand plan for gastro-theater restaurants;
- Formation and updating of the brand platform (positioning, values, USP);
- Management of visual identity and control of brand guideline compliance;
- Planning and coordination of advertising and communication campaigns;
- Development and implementation of a marketing event plan to achieve revenue targets and build brand awareness;
- Market, audience, and competitor analysis, conducting marketing research;
- Monitoring of key brand metrics (awareness, loyalty, KPIs);
- Ensuring a consistent tone and style of communication across all channels (online and offline);
- Implementation of partner marketing tasks;
- Brand reputation management, monitoring mentions;
- Interaction with the team, contractors, and related departments;
- Evaluation of marketing event effectiveness and report preparation;
We expect:
- At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing;
- Understanding of positioning, brand platform, and USP;
- Experience in managing brand visual identity and communications;
- Confident knowledge of media channels and their effectiveness assessment;
- Experience coordinating teams, contractors, and related departments;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving;
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level.
