Location: Remote Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute internal traffic strategy
• Optimize player lifecycle, retention & monetization
• Manage CRM, bonuses & internal traffic flows
• Analyze KPIs, A/B tests & revenue performance
• Build & lead the Internal Traffic team
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing & Analytics

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Internal Traffic / CRM / Player Monetization
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong iGaming experience
• Expertise in retention, segmentation & automation
• Data-driven mindset (LTV, ARPU, NGR, Retention)
• English — Upper-Intermediate+
