Work format: Office (Kyiv/Almaty/Warsaw)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or high-risk verticals, who has their own network of contacts and knows how to build strategic partnerships in international markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Development of a partner network in international markets;
• Search and attraction of new clients and partners;
• Conducting negotiations with business owners and top management;
• Launching customized payment solutions according to client needs;
• Deal support until launch;
• Representing the company at international conferences.

Who we are looking for:

• Work experience in Fintech / Payments / Crypto / iGaming;
• Own base of relevant contacts;
• Understanding of the international payment market and commercial models;
• Ability to quickly bring deals to fruition;
• Willingness to work in the office (Kyiv or Almaty).

Income: fixed salary + high performance bonus.
