Product Marketing Manager
Hi! We are Space307, a full-cycle international fintech company. Our team consists of 280+ employees in development and marketing. We advocate for adequacy and rationalism, work in cross-functional product teams, enjoy team gatherings, and dislike bureaucracy.
What you will do
- Work with various audience segments and find suitable interaction scenarios
- Lead large-scale projects that allow for deeper user engagement with the platform
- Regularly track target metrics for directions and analyze launched campaigns
- Research the market, competitors, study customer needs, and identify growth opportunities
- Formulate and test hypotheses based on data and A/B tests. Evaluate the impact of hypotheses on business results
- Launch new features together with product teams (as well as coordinate initiatives with analytics, CRM, and creative teams)
- Formulate and test value propositions, launch and test communication chains.
We expect you to have
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing
- Experience with various communication channels and formats
- Worked at all stages of the AARRR funnel
- Possess the skill of forming product value for the target audience
- Experience working with mobile applications as a product platform: understanding channels, technical limitations, etc.
- Use a data-driven approach to forming hypotheses and making decisions, and have experience launching A/B tests
- Possess a deep understanding of product and marketing metrics
- Demonstrate systematic thinking, structure, critical thinking skills, and the ability to evaluate the results of your projects, show independence and initiative.
