Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the network's commercial strategy
- Management of educational services sales and development of new areas
- Formation and development of partnerships
- Market and competitive environment analysis and search for new growth opportunities
- Business process optimization and improvement of branch efficiency
- Management of the sales and marketing department team
- Control over the achievement of financial and commercial indicators
- Implementation of modern promotion and client acquisition tools
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in education, services, or B2C)
- Successful experience in building and implementing commercial strategies
- Team management and employee development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with numbers and reports
- Initiative, results orientation, high level of self-organization
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions
