Candidate Expectations
- Ready for a travel-based work schedule, including trips to remote areas;
- Knowledge of PC hardware, ability to diagnose and fix malfunctions;
- Willingness to learn and develop in this profession.
Experience as a technical support engineer or service engineer will be a significant advantage.
Work Conditions
- Providing technical support for client terminal equipment;
- Conducting expert assessments of terminal equipment and preparing reports on its condition.
- Setup and technical support of 3-in-1 equipment
- Technical support for customer users
- Setup and maintenance of "specialized" and standard customer software according to the regulations and instructions adopted by each customer.
- Performing scheduled maintenance tasks
- Work according to customer specifications
