What you will do
We are looking for a Brand Manager for Snickers in Moscow.
- Develop strategies and manage the brand.
- Collect and analyze market data, consumer research, and brand performance metrics to support the creation and development of growth strategies aimed at achieving sales volume, market share, and profitability goals.
- Conduct regular analysis of brand performance and marketing initiative results with recommendations for revising strategies and plans.
- Identify brand growth opportunities and prepare relevant initiative proposals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create an integrated business plan and a calendar of marketing activities for this market.
- Manage the brand's marketing budget.
- Recommend market coverage strategy.
- Propose an optimal product portfolio, including optimization measures.
- Set pricing frameworks, determine optimal prices by channel, and propose price increases if necessary.
- Create and lead the development of brand communication.
- Develop a media plan, including the use of electronic communication channels, to increase target audience reach and improve the efficiency of media support spending.
- Provide recommendations on product placement and its evaluation criteria, as well as on effective launch of marketing activities in retail outlets to the Sales Department and Trade Marketing.
What we expect
- Higher education, preferably in business/marketing/brand management.
- Extensive experience in brand marketing (at least 5 years) in international companies specializing in the sale of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple different complex projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
