iSpring is looking for a Corporate Travel Specialist.
iSpring is a Russian product IT company. Its main product is the iSpring Learn online learning platform, used by over 61,000 clients in 172 countries worldwide.
The travel manager position is suitable for someone who loves order, can quickly adapt to changing circumstances, and is ready to take responsibility for organizing corporate trips from start to finish.
What you will do:
- Develop logistics, select optimal routes for employees, and arrange corporate travel.
- Accompany employees on corporate trips (be always available).
- Check employees in, find accommodation for employees on business trips.
- Work with contractors (selection, communication, documentation), monitor task completion and deadlines.
- Analyze results and improve processes, suggest ways to enhance travel quality.
