We are opening a new vacancy for a Project Manager for the "Chestny Znak" (Honest Mark) Project Implementation. We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for the complete management of the project and team, from collecting technical specifications and analyzing processes to supporting the project after implementation.
Responsibilities:
Analytics and Methodology:
- Survey of current production processes and description of target business processes (as is / to be), data and event requirements for each level, considering labeling and food safety.
- Development of methodology or review of customer technical specifications for working with "Chestny Znak".
- Development and description of typical scenarios: raw material labeling, aggregation (boxes, pallets), relabeling, defective/disposal, mixed goods, inventory, cross-site transfers, customer returns.
- Formation of integration requirements for ERP/1C, labeling systems, and CRPT (exchange formats, events, frequency, SLA).
- Definition of technical infrastructure requirements for labeling (printers, scanners, application lines, weighing equipment, operator software).
Documentation and Training:
- Preparation of a complete package of regulations, instructions, and standards for all involved departments: production, warehouse, logistics, sales, accounting, IT, quality service.
Interaction and Implementation:
- Interaction with ERP/1C, Mercury at the level of setting requirements, project documentation, and testing.
- Management of budgets and resources, leadership of cross-functional teams.
Experience and Requirements:
- 3–5 years in the role of business analyst/methodologist/project manager in production.
- Practical experience in implementing or supporting "Chestny Znak" labeling.
- Experience in describing and optimizing production processes in BPMN/UML/IDEF0 or similar notations.
- Experience interacting with ERP/1C, Mercury at the level of setting requirements, project documentation, and testing.
- Willingness to work at the pre-sales stage, consult clients, and develop a roadmap.
- Knowledge of 1C ERP at an advanced user level and government accounting systems (Mercury, Chestny Znak, FGIS).
- Willingness to travel, high level of stress resistance.
