Remote International markets
We are looking for a leader to scale a mobile AI product with a subscription model.
Areas of Responsibility:
— Scaling paid acquisition (UAC, ASA, TikTok, Meta, Moloco, etc.) — Responsibility for CAC, LTV, Retention, Payback, and revenue growth — Working with MMP (AppsFlyer / Adjust), understanding SKAN — Building a system of hypotheses and creative testing — Developing content as a growth channel (UGC, influencer, organic) — Working in conjunction with the product
Requirements:
— 10+ years of experience in marketing — 3+ years in the role of Head of Marketing / Head of Growth — Experience scaling consumer mobile apps — Subscription model — Strong performance background, hands-on experience — Experience managing a team
