We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can build a marketing system from scratch and scale it.
Who we are looking for: • 3+ years in the role of Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Product Marketing • Grew from performance marketing • Can work hands-on with advertising (Meta / Google / LinkedIn, etc.) • Built a marketing system from scratch • Understands CAC, LTV, funnel, unit economics • Worked with Digital / IT / SaaS / AI products • Understands paid and organic traffic
Will be a plus: mobile / apps / subscription model.
Will not fit: • Classic brand marketer without performance experience • Candidates only from e-commerce / fashion / real estate • Exclusively from crypto
Tasks: • Build a marketing system • Manage paid and organic traffic • Build a funnel from acquisition to revenue • Scale results
