We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing & Growth for the venture studio Unimatch Lab, who will build the growth function from scratch and, at the start, will drive growth for 2-3 mobile/web products in parallel – from release to the first revenue.
🎯 What's important: • 10+ years in growth / performance / product marketing • 3+ years in Head / Lead roles • Proven growth of mobile applications (metrics, cases, dashboards) • Strong hands-on performance: Meta Ads, Google Ads • ASO – mandatory competence • Analytics and unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, ROMI • Experience in international markets (USA / EMEA / MENA – a plus) • AI-native approach • English C1+
Format: full-time, remote Compensation: from $6,000 + stock options Direct interaction with founders, high autonomy, and ownership.
