Our 12-person engineering team: backend, frontend, QA is growing, and the delivery process isn't keeping up. We are looking for someone who will build the delivery process.
๐ What makes this role special? Direct reporting to the CTO and real mandate to change the process. There is potential for growth into an Engineering Manager role when the team splits into groups.
๐ We are looking for someone who: โ Has led engineering teams (Dev + QA) in a product company with regular releases for 3-5+ years โ Has built or completely rebuilt a delivery process with measurable results โ Knows how to say "no" to clients with an argument, not just shove tasks into a sprint โ Uses AI tools in their work every day โ Thinks in terms of flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, cumulative flow)
It will be a big plus if you have experience in development before project management or have a technical education.
