Our engineering team of 12 people: backend, frontend, QA is growing, and our delivery process can't keep up. We are looking for someone to build the delivery process.
๐ What makes this role special? Direct reporting to the CTO and real authority to change the process. There is a growth perspective to Engineering Manager when the team is split into groups.
๐ We are looking for someone who: โ Has led engineering teams (Dev + QA) for 3-5+ years in a product company with regular releases โ Has built or significantly rebuilt the delivery process with measurable results โ Knows how to say "no" to stakeholders with a reasoned argument, doesn't just push tasks into a sprint โ Uses AI tools daily in their work โ Thinks in terms of flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, cumulative flow)
It will be a big plus if you worked in development before project management or have a technical education.
