Head of Retention

An international iGaming company in an early-stage growth phase is looking for a hands-on Head of Retention to build and lead the retention direction across multiple brands and markets.

The role is fully remote and offers high ownership, direct communication with founders, and the opportunity to build processes and strategy from scratch.

📍 Remote

➡️ Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the retention department
• Develop player lifecycle and retention strategies
• Launch and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns
• Analyze retention metrics, LTV, churn, ROI, unit economics
• Collaborate with Product, VIP, Acquisition, and Analytics teams
• Build workflows, reporting, and retention processes

➡️ Requirements:

• Tier-1 iGaming retention experience
• Experience building retention teams/processes from scratch
• Strong analytical and business mindset
• Experience managing multiple brands/directions
• Advanced / Fluent English
• Fluent Ukrainian / Russian
