We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the subscriber base growth direction and become a key driver of service monetization. This is not just about feature management — it's the role of owning the entire subscription economy: from the user's first touch to their multi-year loyalty.

What tasks await you

Subscriber Base Growth Strategy We expect you to formulate the service's subscriber base KPIs together with the business and analysts. You will formulate hypotheses for achieving them not just as a team member, but as its leader. It will be necessary to analyze the work of the cinema and competitors together with marketing, analysts, and UX researchers to grow the conversion to subscription sign-up and renewal.

Optimization of conversion to subscribers and retention You will be analyzing and improving sales funnels, conducting product experiments, reducing subscriber churn.

User experience of purchase and subscription management In the pursuit of KPIs, it's important not to forget about user happiness. We expect you to build CJMs, make complex products understandable, grow user loyalty to the product.

We expect that you

• Know how to grow a service's audience
• Understand what ARPPU and CPU are and why they are important
• Can not only monitor metrics but also formulate them
• Understand how to build a profitable service
• Can balance between product solutions and business requests
• Easily negotiate with many colleagues from different teams to achieve product goals

It will be a plus

• Have worked with monetization of digital services
• Live in Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan, know local digital products well
• Know the Uzbek language
