We are currently looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer / BizDev Manager for a fast-growing international B2B SaaS product.
💰 Income level: $48,000 – $72,000
🌍 Market: USA (priority), Canada, Australia;
💼 Employment: full time;
📍 Work format: fully remote (contract оформление via Deel.com)
What you will be doing:
- Launching sales from scratch: working as an individual contributor — independently finding leads, testing hypotheses and segments, reaching out to clients, and closing deals;
- Building an outbound system: designing an outgoing mechanism, automating processes, implementing AI for personalization and setting up triggers based on external signals;
- Selling value: a deep understanding of client pain points (HR, Legal, Tax, Education), translating the editor's functionality into measurable business value;
- Working with data: setting up funnel forecasting from scratch in CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), conducting A/B tests of communications (Email + LinkedIn) and analyzing metrics;
- Influencing the product: gathering high-quality market feedback for the development team.
Requirements:
- Experience ** in B2B SaaS** / subscription models in international markets (experience with the US market);
- Hunter profile: high speed, drive, readiness for experiments, autonomy in decision-making, and resilience to startup uncertainty;
- Understanding of SMB / mid-market segments, along with the readiness and ability to close deals with large checks;
- Technical proficiency, openness to modern sales tools (Clay, Instantly, Apollo) and outreach process automation;
- English language — C1 level / strong B2 (live English interview without preparation will be conducted).
