A pharmaceutical company ENDOPHARM is looking for a Deputy General Director for Information Technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and control of the IT department's operations
- Ensuring fault tolerance and availability of key IT services of the enterprise
- Development and implementation of an IT strategy for a pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise, considering digital transformation and import substitution tasks
- Organization and support of projects for the implementation and development of 1C software products (ERP, Document Management, HR Management) (current editions)
- Integration of corporate systems with external state and industry information systems;
- Conducting audits and analysis of business processes subject to automation, with an emphasis on improving the efficiency and transparency of production
- Identification of priority areas for the development of the enterprise's IT infrastructure and digital services.
- Development and support of solutions ensuring the labeling and traceability of medicinal products and veterinary drugs
- Development and formation of technical specifications for new enterprise projects, including production digitalization projects
- IT architecture management, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and readiness for integration with new technological solutions
- Ensuring information security in compliance with legislative requirements and ensuring the high-quality operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including protection against modern cyber threats, including those related to the use of artificial intelligence
- Planning and control of IT budget execution, optimization of information technology costs
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Experience in a similar position at a large manufacturing enterprise for at least 5 years
- Successful experience in the comprehensive implementation of 1C ERP, blocks: production, accounting, warehouse, sales
- Excellent skills in working with 1C UPP, ZUP, ERP configurations on platform 8.2/8.3
- Knowledge of the basics of accounting and tax accounting, payroll and HR accounting, budgeting, production accounting
- Personal qualities: high organizational and managerial skills, systematic approach, results-orientation, communication skills
