PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY ENDOFARM is looking for a Deputy General Director for Strategic Development.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing the potential of manufactured products and expanding the company's product portfolio
- Summarizing and systematizing various marketing information, presenting it in established formats
- Monitoring and analyzing the Russian and international pharmaceutical markets for existing and promising drugs
- Searching for new drugs, calculating the feasibility of introducing new drugs, choosing a strategy for new drugs
- Sales planning considering pharmaceutical market trends and the company's product portfolio
- Supporting existing analytical reports, developing new ones
- Optimizing the process of forming and maintaining accumulated marketing and analytical information
- Analytics and monitoring of the company's planned economic indicators
Requirements:
- Higher education (pharmaceutical and/or medical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing research and analytics of the pharmaceutical drug market
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical industry is mandatory
- Knowledge of research methodologies, analysis, and primary research organization schemes, creating future sales forecasts
- Skills in working with large databases, preparing analytical reports
- Knowledge of information and research suppliers in the pharmaceutical market, experience with IMS /RMBC/Comcon/DSM/AlphaRM/Headway
- Orientation towards the company's business needs
- Experience in writing VBA macros and knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Additional education: economics and/or marketing
- Proficiency in English is welcome
- Confident user of PC and Microsoft Office software products
