The multi-brand concept store LEFORM is looking for a Marketing Director who can integrate brand, content, CRM/clienteling, digital, e-commerce, influencers, events, and production into a single commercial system.
LEFORM is one of the oldest multi-brand concept stores in Russia: 29 years in the market, over 200 brands, four offline stores in Moscow, and an online store. We operate in the premium fashion segment and build our marketing around the product, client, and commercial results.
The key task of the role is to take over the existing marketing operations after the departure of the current head, maintain momentum, analyze data, strengthen weak areas, and ensure a measurable contribution of marketing to traffic, conversion, retention, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Traffic and performance management — attracting online and offline clients, channel economics, weekly integration of marketing with sales.
- Brand marketing — LEFORM positioning, brand voice, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, proprietary media.
- Creative and production — visual standards on par with the brands in the portfolio, shoot concepts, working with top photographers and stylists, short-form video.
- Content and social media — content system, Instagram, Telegram, VK, YouTube. Storytelling: not "new arrivals on sale," but why this brand is important.
- Influencer marketing and PR — direct work with bloggers, celebrities, stylists. Evaluation based on commercial results, not reach.
- CRM, loyalty, and clienteling — segmentation, personalization, VIP program, offline and online clienteling, omnichannel.
- E-commerce — in collaboration with the online team: website conversion, average order value, product card content, digital → store integration.
- Event marketing — regular event system: launches, private shopping, VIP evenings, designer meetings.
- Team — managing the existing marketing department and external contractors, budget, plan vs. actual.
Requirements:
- A person who simultaneously understands the product and counts money. Understands why an item costs 150K and can communicate that. Knows what SSENSE does and how Dover Street Market operates.
- 7+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in a management role. Experience in premium fashion, luxury, or multi-brand retail.
- Practical experience in performance, brand, content, CRM, and events — not in just one area, but several simultaneously.
- Understanding of retail economics: traffic, conversion, average order value, margin, turnover.
- Strong aesthetic sense, taste, and a robust network of contacts in Moscow's fashion scene.
What will be asked to show during the meeting:
- 2-3 personal case studies with figures: what was done → what changed in traffic or revenue → what didn't work and why.
