Your Main Challenge
We are launching an ambitious new tariff plan within the Findmykids app. You will not just be "looking for partners," but integrating top market players into the app's ecosystem, creating additional value for millions of families.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Building processes for finding partners for integration into the new Findmykids tariff plan.
- Searching for relevant services worldwide, pitching the idea, agreeing on commercial terms, and bringing them to contract and technical integration.
- Being the driver of the process – owning the entire partnership establishment process: facilitating meetings, engaging the right stakeholders, maintaining a fast pace of communication and feedback.
- Planning and developing partnerships long-term: after signing the contract, everything is just beginning – we plan to develop and scale the tariff plan globally.
- Not only negotiating but also analyzing and finding hidden growth points during cooperation. Thinking with a broad horizon and long-term perspective.
- Digitizing every project, calculating media plans, and proving effectiveness with case studies.
What's Important to Us:
- Fluent English (Advanced), with which you can negotiate with partners from anywhere in the world.
- Experience in IT/Product/BizDev: You understand how digital products work and how to integrate a partner into a product.
- Project Management Skills: You know how to coordinate teams and meet deadlines even in chaos.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: You understand what and how to "sell" to a partner for the benefit of the business.
- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with numbers and not afraid of responsibility for results.
- Understanding the basics of document flow and reporting.
