Business Development Manager / International B2B Sales

3DAR Studio creates presentation 3D videos, visualizations, and AI content for developers and construction companies.

We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Manager to develop international sales.

Main Task

Independently find and attract new B2B clients in CIS countries and worldwide.

What needs to be done

• Independently search for companies and form a database of potential clients;
• Find decision-makers and their contacts;
• Actively work through LinkedIn / Sales Navigator;
• Use other tools for prospecting and finding contacts;
• cold email, LinkedIn outreach, messengers, calls;
• Conduct online meetings and presentations;
• Identify client needs;
• Conduct negotiations;
• Close potential clients to a deal;
• Maintain CRM and pipeline.

What is important to us

• Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development;
• Experience in independent cold outbound;
• Experience in international sales;
• English C1+;
• Confident work with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator;
• Knowledge of other tools for finding companies, decision-makers, and contacts;
• Ability to build sales from scratch independently;
• Experience in negotiations with managers and C-level;
• Independence and results orientation.

A big plus is experience in Real Estate, Development, Architecture, CGI/3D, Marketing, Advertising, Digital, IT/SaaS, or Consulting.

Conditions

Fully remote work.

International market.

Fixed salary + high commission on sales.

Salary level is discussed individually during the interview.
