For the third consecutive year, we are the #1 employer in the "Science and Education" industry according to hh.ru.
About the team and role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team that works with chatbots and organic initiatives. This is a department where we create our own cool bots in VK/Telegram, help related teams with their bot projects, and develop content projects that bring us targeted traffic. We are growing, the number of internal clients is increasing, and we need someone to take over the operational aspects and help us scale without losing quality.
In this role, you will become the link between idea and result: collect briefs, assign tasks to designers, copywriters, and developers, monitor deadlines, manage paid acquisition budgets, and offer your creative solutions. You will see how your work directly impacts student engagement and the number of applications. We are not afraid to trust juniors with tasks — you will quickly gain autonomy and be able to influence the development of our projects.
What you will be doing
- Manage chatbot projects: participate in creating new bots from scratch (from brief to launch) and maintain existing ones. This applies to both the department's own initiatives and requests from internal clients — product marketers of the college and other areas.
- Develop organic projects: help the team with projects that generate traffic ("Textbook", "Samples", "Summaries"). Your tasks will include setting up lead magnets in articles, working with freelancers (assigning tasks + calculating completed work), as well as participating in growth: conducting and analyzing A/B tests, coming up with and launching new lead magnets.
- Manage paid channels: participate in planning and optimizing paid acquisition — direct, target, placements in thematic communities. It is important to understand which creatives and offers perform best in different channels, monitor the budget and effectiveness (ROMI, ROI) to ensure investments pay off.
- Generate creative mechanics: participate in creating offer pages and games for Open Days. You will need to not just do things "as usual," but propose new formats for user interaction in bots and track their results.
- Coordinate the team: assign tasks for design, copywriting, and bot development, conduct briefs, collect interim versions, and ensure the result matches the technical specifications to reduce rework.
- Bring order: decompose large tasks into clear subtasks for different teams (design, development), maintain documentation, and record all scenarios in a knowledge base so that knowledge is not lost.
What is important to us
- Experience working with chatbots (VK, Telegram, MAX platforms) — understanding the logic of scenarios and funnels.
- Understanding of paid channels: knowledge of how direct, target, and placements work. You should understand which creatives and offers work best in different channels, be able to monitor the budget and analyze effectiveness (ROMI).
- Work experience in education (online schools are a big plus, but if you are just passionate about EdTech, that's also cool).
- A calm and responsible attitude towards monotonous but important routine tasks (issuing invoices, assembling lead magnets, checklists, counting completed tasks) — this is the foundation on which everything else is built.
- Creativity and the courage to propose: it is important for us that you bring ideas for games, bot mechanics, new lead magnets, and ad creatives, rather than fearing that an idea will be rejected.
- A desire to structure everything around you: it will be difficult for a manager in chaos, so we are looking for someone who likes to break down tasks, record stages, and not miss deadlines.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, development, product) and communicate your thoughts clearly and understandably.
Will be a plus
- Experience with SEO projects (understanding what a lead magnet is and why it's needed on a page).
- Skill in creating technical specifications for designers and developers.
- Knowledge of basic principles of unit economics and marketing funnels.
- Experience launching advertising campaigns in VK Ads / Yandex.Direct / target advertising.
Why it's cool here
- Real impact: you will work on projects that help schoolchildren across Russia gain knowledge and enroll in cool colleges.
- We offer a lot of freedom in your work, you can propose your own ideas and see their results in numbers immediately.
- Strong team: experienced mentors will be by your side, helping you understand all processes and supporting you at the start.
- Work format: choose what's convenient for you — fully remote within Russia or an office at m. Tulskaya (Moscow).
- Official employment, white salary, annual bonus upon achievement of KPIs.
- Annual salary review based on performance review results and clear career growth to middle within 8-12 months.
- Flexible start of the day: the result is what matters to us, not the start time.
- We provide a good laptop for work.
- Voluntary medical insurance with dental care, corporate psychologist, 100% sick leave compensation, online training. And if you get sick — we'll send you a vitamin box.
- Learning foreign languages in corporate courses, discounts on Foxford and partner products, access to the MYTH online library, and compensation for external training.
- We are accredited as an IT company.
