The technology holding MTS Web Services is looking for a Stream CTO.
MTS Web Services (MWS) is a big tech company providing cloud, AI services, and platform solutions for various business tasks: from data processing to product development and process optimization. We have also launched a new public platform of our own development — the MWS Cloud Platform.
Currently, the MWS Tables team is looking for a Technical Director. We are developing a platform for team collaboration, creating flexible workspaces, and databases, oriented towards B2B. The goal is to provide users with an intuitive tool for organizing work, automating processes, and visualizing information without deep technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the technological strategy
- Lead the engineering team
- Ensure the scalability and security of the platform
- Participate in hiring engineers for the team
- Manage the technical aspects of platform implementation (deadlines, quality, budgets)
Requirements:
- CTO experience of 4+ years
- Experience in building and scaling SaaS platforms with expert knowledge in distributed systems architecture, databases (relational and NoSQL), front-end, and back-end technologies
- Experience managing a team of over 40 employees
- Experience with outstaff personnel
- Plus: experience in developing BPMS, knowledge of CAMUNDA
