We are building the infrastructure on which the entire banking customer experience lives.
Our platform is not a single product, but a foundation: a unified layer on which PWA and native applications run, a common design system and UIKit, end-to-end integrations with digital banking for individuals and legal entities, and unified analytics. If you want to influence the architecture of the digital bank as a whole, not just one screen, this is the role for you.
What you will do:
- Formulate and defend the platform development strategy: balance the requests of consumer teams, technical debt, and long-term goals
- Manage the roadmap: prioritize, align with stakeholders, synchronize with the bank’s business cycles
- Formulate requirements for platform components: UIKit, design system, SDK, integration points
- Build a system of platform metrics and regularly report on them to stakeholders
- Conduct CJM analysis — research the journey of internal teams and end-users, identify friction points and areas for improvement
- Manage communication between teams: synchronization, documentation, demos, internal releases
- Participate in the formation of standards and governance for platform usage
What we want to see:
- Higher education
- Relevant work experience of 4+ years, including 1+ year on platform, infrastructure, or B2B2C products
- Experience working with multiple consumers of a single product (internal teams, business units, end-users)
- Ability to form a product strategy: define goals, build a roadmap with a 6-12 month horizon, link tactics to business results
- Experience with product metrics: ability to choose a North Star, build a metric tree, track platform health metrics
- Customer Journey Mapping experience — understanding how internal consumers and end-users interact with the platform at each stage
- Understanding of the API-first approach, integration principles, and platform thinking
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum, prioritization frameworks (RICE, WSJF, etc.)
- Ability to read and formulate technical requirements, work in conjunction with architects and developers
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or related regulated industries is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Jobs To Be Done methodology
- Practice in building CJM maps
