🚀 The Role
We’re looking for a Client Hunter / Business Development Specialist who will actively acquire new B2B clients globally.
This is a pure outbound role - not about handling inbound leads, but about building pipeline from zero.
You’ll be responsible for:

🎯 What matters in your experience
- Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition / Outbound Sales
- Strong understanding of how to sell SaaS / tech / digital products
- Experience or strong interest in e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, OMS/WMS, logistics
- Ability to build and manage pipeline independently
- Experience working with international clients is a strong plus
- Existing network in e-commerce / retail is a strong advantage
- Ability to run discovery calls, identify client needs, and present product value
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to operate in uncertainty and fast-moving environments
- Willingness to experiment with channels, messaging, and strategies

- Actively source and acquire new B2B clients globally
- Build and scale outbound sales pipeline from scratch
- Identify and reach decision-makers in target industries
- Use multiple channels: LinkedIn, email, communities, events, referrals, partnerships, personal network
- Run outreach, discovery calls, and product demos
- Present our AI-first e-commerce platform in a clear and business-driven way
- Identify client pain points and connect them to product value
- Maintain CRM and ensure full pipeline transparency
- Continuously test and improve outreach and conversion strategies
