✅Head of growth (marketing) Almaty
Key responsibilities: • GMV. Achieving planned GMV indicators is the main success metric for the role. • Funnel. Building and managing the sales funnel: analyzing each stage of the CJM, identifying points of loss and eliminating them. • Strategy. Developing marketing strategies: monthly and quarterly planning with clear KPIs and budget. • Traffic. Traffic acquisition: launching and optimizing contextual advertising, working with affiliate channels and communications. • Conversion. Lead generation and conversion to purchase: hypothesis testing, A/B tests, improving CR at each step. • Analytics. Setting up daily analytics and reporting: dashboards, anomaly monitoring, making data-driven decisions. • Channels. Analyzing communication channels: understanding which channel delivers results, reallocating budgets. • ROI. Calculating ROI for all campaigns: monitoring ROMI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), return on investment.
Requirements: • Experience in performance / growth marketing for 4+ years, with at least 2 years in e-commerce or marketplaces. • Deep understanding of the sales funnel and CJM — ability to read the funnel and find growth points. • Practical experience with contextual advertising (Google Ads, Yandex.Direct), targeting, and affiliate channels. • Experience in setting up analytics: GA4, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar; ability to build daily reports. • Confident calculation of ROI, ROMI, CAC, LTV — not in words, but in numbers. • Experience in developing a marketing strategy and defending the budget to management. • Management experience: setting tasks for the team, monitoring execution. • The duration of employment at previous positions is important — we value stability and depth of expertise.
