• Experience working with a digital product and user funnels

We are particularly interested in candidates from digital products, startups, EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, marketplaces, career-tech, and other products with an active user funnel.

Experience with Telegram Ads and seeding, SQL, A/B tests, referral and partnership mechanics, CRM, lifecycle communications, and building growth analytics will be a plus.

✅ What you will be doing:

• Finding, testing, and developing channels for attracting the target audience
• Independently launching growth experiments: advertising campaigns, placements, partnerships, referral, and other mechanics
• Analyzing the effectiveness of channels, cost, and quality of user acquisition
• Working with the user funnel: identifying drop-off points and opportunities for conversion growth
• Formulating and testing hypotheses for activation, onboarding, and user scenarios
• Forming and prioritizing a backlog of growth hypotheses
• Setting tasks for the developer on product changes and evaluating their impact on metrics
• Building analytics on sources, funnel stages, and experiment results
• Determining based on data which mechanics should be scaled, improved, or disabled
• Working with the existing Gigoo specialist database: segmenting it, launching reactivation, and testing different communication scenarios

Background information: Gigoo is a platform for working with independent experts and specialists of middle+, senior, head, and C-level. We help companies find experts for consultations and project work, and specialists — gain access to new professional opportunities and monetize their experience beyond traditional employment.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager / Growth Manager who will take charge of developing Gigoo's growth direction.

The main area of responsibility is the Telegram bot, a vacancy aggregator that analyzes a user's professional experience and selects relevant vacancies from open sources.

The product is already launched and has an existing audience. Our current task is to find working channels for attracting specialists of middle+, senior, head, and C-level, improve in-product conversion, and gradually build a systematic scaling process.

The role is at the intersection of product, growth marketing, and analytics: we need someone who can not only work with user scenarios and set tasks for development but also independently attract users, launch growth experiments, and evaluate their results.

Compensation: discussed individually

The exact income level depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and expectations. Quarterly bonuses are also provided upon achievement of target indicators.
