Headcount - 60 people, HR: 1 recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Help the company grow: strengthen the HR function, make recruitment and people processes more mature, transparent, and scalable.
- Be a partner to the founders and Chief of Staff on matters of recruitment, HR strategy, people processes, culture, and complex team situations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from receiving a request to the employee's start date - both hands-on and by managing the HR team.
- Monitor time-to-hire and SLA adherence for funnel stages.
- Manage vacancy priorities and recruitment budget.
- Analyze the market, develop sourcing channels, and systematically work with the candidate database.
- Collect and visualize HR / hiring metrics, prepare reports for C-level, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support operational HR processes that are currently fragmented and consolidate them into a unified system.
- Manage expectations and feedback between HR, team leads, and tech leads.
- Participate in the escalation and mediation of conflict situations.
- Support and develop the company culture in accordance with the manifesto.
- Directly manage the recruiter: setting tasks, development, regular 1-on-1s.
- Plan HR team resources as the company grows and form a vision for the future HR function.
We expect you to have:
- 5–8 years of experience in HR / recruiting / people roles, with strong expertise in IT recruiting.
- Experience in transforming the HR function during a company's growth phase, from 50 to 100+ people.
- Experience in building or deeply restructuring HR / recruiting processes.
- Experience hiring senior / senior+ technical specialists.
- Hands-on approach: ready not only to build strategy but also to independently manage vacancies, conduct interviews, write job descriptions, and analyze the recruitment funnel.
- Experience with hiring metrics: time-to-hire, SLA, funnel stages, reasons for rejection, and time forecasting.
- Experience in a partner role with founders, C-level executives, team leads, or tech leads.
- Experience managing or developing at least one HR / recruiting specialist.
- Understanding of remote / distributed teams and the ability to build lean processes without excessive bureaucracy.
- Maturity in handling complex people cases: feedback, conflicts, departures.
- English B2+.

- Experience in IT consulting / outsource / outstaff companies.
- Experience as an HRBP.
- Experience developing a referral program.
- Experience using AI tools in HR / recruiting.
