Middle / Senior CRM Manager

Requirements: Experience working with CRM, understanding of user retention specifics, growth of LTV and Retention Rate. Data analysis skills, experience with reports in Tableau or Power BI will be an advantage. Knowledge of retention specifics: customer journey, player cycle, working with segments and inactive users. Experience with CRM platforms, knowledge of Customer.io is welcome. Experience in conducting A/B tests and evaluating campaign effectiveness. Understanding of database segmentation principles and practical experience in their application. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets: filters, basic formulas. We consider candidates with different experience by GEO, this can be CIS, Tier 1.
