Senior CRM Manager (iGaming)

Requirements: CRM that works with Retention and LTV as a revenue source. iGaming CRM experience of 2+ years. Understanding of unit economics and bonus cost. Hands-on work with CRM systems (Customer .io / FastTrack / similar). Ability to independently form hypotheses and bring them to fruition. Plus points will be: Multi-geo experience. Understanding of deliverability / integrations. Use of AI in processes. Segmentation and building lifecycle communication. Trigger chains (email / push / sms / TG). Development and optimization of bonus mechanics. A/B testing and hypothesis scaling. Impact on Retention, ARPU, LTV, GGR.
