Chief Marketing Officer

As part of our continued business development, we are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will have overall responsibility for the company’s marketing function and its continued development in line with our business objectives.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the overall direction of marketing, with a focus on brand and portfolio development, strengthening market positioning, developing marketing teams, and continuously advancing the marketing function across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the marketing strategy and oversee its execution in line with the company’s business objectives.
• Drive the continued development and growth of our brands while strengthening their market positioning.
• Provide overall direction and coordination of the marketing function, establishing common priorities and development objectives across the organization.
• Lead and develop marketing teams by setting clear objectives, responsibilities, and performance standards.
• Oversee portfolio development and key marketing decisions throughout the different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Guide the development of existing products and the planning of new product launches.
• Manage the marketing budget and define investment priorities.
• Develop and continuously improve marketing processes and standards across the organization.
• Initiate and lead projects that contribute to business growth and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
• Oversee the development of corporate marketing and communications in line with the company’s identity and reputation.

Qualifications & Competencies

• University degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, including significant experience in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading a marketing function and managing a complex marketing organization.
