• Lead and grow the marketing team: marketing managers, brand managers, content creators
• Build an internal structure that operates like an agency - clear briefs, clear owners, fast turnaround, high standards
• Set the creative bar and review the work against it
• Decide what we build in-house and what we outsource, and manage external partners

Client & Cross-Brand Work

• Act as the senior marketing voice for client engagements: present strategy, defend recommendations, and be accountable for delivery
• Find and build the connections across the portfolio - shared audiences, cross-promotion, loyalty that travels between brands
• Support e-commerce growth: conversion, catalogue, campaigns, retention
• Work closely with operations and finance so marketing plans match real business capacity

What we're looking for

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in marketing, including 3+ years leading a team
• Proven experience owning a full marketing function - strategy through execution, not just one channel
• Strong track record in performance marketing and measurable growth
• Experience with e-commerce and/or consumer brands
• Comfortable working across several brands at the same time
• Fluent in Georgian and English
• Data-driven: you set targets, measure them, and change course when the numbers say so

Nice to have:

• Experience in fitness, wellness, sports or health
• Experience launching new brands or new locations
• Agency background alongside in-house experience
• Experience with mobile apps and loyalty programs
