We are currently looking for a Reactivation Manager to join our team and work with our users!
🌟What you will be doing:
- Identifying reasons why clients have stopped using the company's products or services, segmenting inactive clients by categories.
- Creating individual approaches and offers for different groups of inactive clients, taking into account their needs and interests.
- Preparing and conducting informational campaigns aimed at client re-engagement. These can include mailings, calls, notifications, and promotions.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of undertaken actions and adjusting strategies based on the received data.
- Interacting with marketing, sales, and customer service departments to develop optimal reactivation approaches.
- Organizing special offers, discounts, bonuses, and promotions to attract the attention of inactive clients.
- Gathering feedback from clients and working with it to improve service and product, preventing repeat churn.
- Regularly presenting reports on work performed and results achieved to management.
🌟What we expect from you
- Experience as a Customer Support / VIP Manager / Reactivation Manager / Retention Manager in the iGaming industry for at least 6 months.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English – from B2 level.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset.
