We are an international iGaming company focusing on the Latin American markets. We develop our own online product and are building a strong team that knows how to work with players for the long term.
Who we are looking for
A Retention Operator who will work with the database of existing players via outbound calls, messengers, and email. The main task is to bring players back, maintain their activity, and build trusting communication through all communication channels.
What you will do:
- Make outbound calls to the database of inactive and churned players
- Communicate with players via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email — newsletters, personal messages, follow-ups
- Present bonus offers, promotions, and personal conditions through all channels
- Handle objections and negative feedback, turning them into constructive dialogue
- Record communication results (calls, messages) in the CRM system
- Meet daily KPIs for the number of calls, messages, reactivations, and deposits
- Interact with the team (VIP managers, marketing, support) to resolve player issues
- Provide feedback on database quality and offer effectiveness
Our expectations
- Fluent command of Spanish and/or Portuguese (spoken and written) — mandatory
- English or Russian — conversational level for internal communication
- At least 1 year of experience in retention, telesales, or customer success
- Experience in the LATAM market — a strong advantage
- Residency in Latin America — desirable (to match time zones)
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or related niches — a plus
- Proficient user of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Skill in handling objections, ability to conduct dialogue according to a script and without one
- Grammatically correct written communication — ability to correspond via messengers and email in a professional yet friendly tone
- Stress resistance and results orientation

Work schedule
Flexible, aligned with LATAM time zones (UTC-3 / UTC-5). Full-time, 5/2 (Tuesday-Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM Argentina time).
