📍Remote (excluding Russia)

📌 What you will do: ✉️ Coordinate the Email Marketing Team 💬 Manage the Messenger Marketing Team (Telegram/WhatsApp) 📊 Develop retention and user reactivation processes 🧩 Work with user segmentation and mechanics 🧪 Launch A/B tests, hypotheses, and optimize CRM flows 📈 Analyze campaign effectiveness and scale successful mechanics 🤝 Closely collaborate with product/analytics/affiliate teams

📌 What is important: ✔️ Experience in CRM/Retention/Lifecycle Marketing for 2+ years ✔️ Experience in iGaming ✔️ Practical experience with email + Telegram/WhatsApp channels ✔️ Strong analytical and project management skills ✔️ English language at B1-B2 level or higher
