your responsibilities will include:
- Processing errors when sending credit history to CHB;
- Consulting employees on issues related to interaction with CHB and credit history;
- Preparing requests and/or responses to requests received from state bodies within the Department's competence;
- Preparing letters and responses to requests (CHB, Central Bank of the Russian Federation, clients, other individuals) on issues related to the formation of credit history and its sending to CHB;
- During the pilot phase: manual correction of clients' credit history.
we expect:
- At least 1 year of mandatory work experience in the field of interaction with CHB;
- Experience working with KRE and correcting credit history for B2B and B2C clients;
- Proficient oral and written speech;
- Comfortable using computer and web programs;
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and not fear complex situations;
- Ability to work with a large volume of information;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode;
- Ability to conduct dialogue competently and politely.
