✅ Lean Manager / Operations Director 📍 Almaty
We are looking for a Lean Manager / Operations Director who will build a systemic operational core for the company, optimize cross-functional processes, and become a key partner to the Executive Director.
Main tasks: • Analysis and optimization of interdepartmental business processes; • Building a scalable operational model; • Decomposition of the CEO's strategic tasks and control over their implementation; • Implementation of interaction standards and AI tools into business processes.
We are looking for you if: • You have 3–5+ years of experience in operational management or process optimization; • You have experience with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and project management; • You are proficient in BPMN, Visio, Miro, Jira/Confluence/Asana, Excel; • You possess systemic thinking, strong leadership, and communication skills.
