Key challenges and tasks:
- Full-cycle recruitment for open vacancies (sourcing and screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, conducting assessment centers with candidates, assessing candidates' professional skills and personal qualities, forwarding and supporting candidates at subsequent stages)
- Preparing market mappings
- Searching for ways to improve work efficiency, diversifying recruitment sources
- Analytics and reporting on vacancies in progress
- Participation and leadership in various HR projects
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education
- Relevant experience in recruitment for at least 3 years
- Solid experience in recruiting IT candidates and professional interest in this area is a significant advantage
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
- Knowledge of recruitment methods
- Experience working in multitasking mode
- High motivation for development in the HR field
- Initiative, results orientation, high energy level
- Excellent communication and time management skills
