We are looking for a recruiter who can take on complex and interesting vacancies in product segments. If you have quality experience in recruiting Product Managers, Project Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Heads of Departments, then you are the one we are looking for.
We want you to have an excellent understanding of the market, be able to assess candidates on soft skills, convey information in a structured manner, and treat both our candidates and internal clients with love.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Full recruitment cycle management (from vacancy intake to employee’s first day of work);
- Filling Middle, Senior, and Lead level positions;
- Candidate search on job boards and professional resources, as well as conducting experiments with non-standard search sources;
- Interaction with clients at all stages of recruitment;
- Working with analytics and data when making decisions;
- Automation of routine tasks using AI;
- Participation in HR projects that interest you (employer brand, training, implementation of new tools, etc.).
Required Technical Skills:
- Two or more years of experience in filling Digital positions of various levels;
- Ability to receive feedback and promptly adjust the candidate profile;
- Good soft skills assessment skills;
- Ability to work with high-level management clients;
- Structured, proactive, results-oriented.
