🚀 General Manager (with C-level prospect) at an international game dev studio 🎮

We are looking for a strong, "hands-on" manager ready to take on the operational management of the product and studio (40+ people). We create Live Products and Free2Play projects that delight millions of players daily.

We are currently transforming our management structure: we need a person who will streamline processes, ensure predictability of releases, and help the studio reach a new level of international growth.

About the company: Top Selection (within a partnership agreement)

What you will do:

⚬ Operational Management: build a working system of priorities, risks, and decision-making. ⚬ Product and Production: be responsible for the roadmap, quality, release speed, and LiveOps efficiency. ⚬ People Management: develop the team, set clear goals, and be responsible for results. ⚬ Transformation: gradually take over responsibilities from the owners, building a transparent organizational structure without functional duplication.

Our ideal candidate:

⚬ Has management experience in game development or complex Live products (teams from 20 to 100 people). ⚬ Knows how to not just "process" but make decisions and take responsibility for them. ⚬ Has worked with managers and heads of departments (hiring, feedback, performance). ⚬ Possesses excellent "product intuition" and understanding of the financial component (budgets, resources, prioritization). ⚬ Diplomatic: capable of building effective communication with owners and finding compromises. ⚬ Fluent in Russian (C2) and English (B2+) languages.
