I’m searching a Senior HR Business Partner for a high-growth FinTech in South Asia!

This role will support core Product & Engineering teams (~500 employees) and partner closely with senior leadership on org design, performance, talent strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, and scaling a high-performing culture.

Looking for someone with:

• Strong HRBP / People Partner experience in fast-paced environments
• Tech / FinTech / Payments / Digital Banking background ideally
• Experience in both scale-ups and more structured organizations is a big plus
• Strong business acumen, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching skills

Fluent Russian + English!!!

Relocation to Manila is required.
