Lead Energy Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in the construction of a data center regarding the electrical equipment and machines (EOM) section, from developing the power supply system concept to commissioning;
• Selection and management of subcontractor organizations;
• Participation in procurement procedures;
• Interaction with regulatory and power supply organizations;
• Performing independent calculations and equipment selection during the design documentation stage;
• Conducting comprehensive testing of power supply engineering systems (writing test programs, conducting them,
• Organizing trouble-free operation of the data center in accordance with current regulatory documentation;
• Organizing technically correct operation and maintenance of power equipment;
• Building the data center operations department from scratch and organizing its work;
• Setting up the data center's shift duty schedule from scratch;
• Ensuring 24/7/365 operation of the data center's technological equipment;
• Monitoring, accounting for, and optimizing energy resource consumption.

We Expect You to Have:

• Higher technical education;
• At least 6 years of experience in the energy sector;
• Skills in personnel and subcontractor management;
• Electrical safety group V qualification;
• A good understanding of technologies and the ability to perform independent electrical calculations;
• An understanding of the principles for building guaranteed and uninterruptible power supply systems;
• Knowledge of market-leading manufacturers of UPS, DGUs, and electrical products;
• Knowledge of current regulatory and technical documentation (RTD) in construction and operation;
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office and others);
• Skills in working with AutoCAD or similar software.

It Would Be Great If You:

• Have experience operating data centers.
• Have experience building an operations team from scratch and managing it.
• Have experience implementing Maintenance and Repair (CMMS).
