We are looking for an Extended Assortment Director at LEMANA PRO (Leroy Merlin).
What you will do:
- Build a strategy for the development of the extended assortment offer in the marketplace in collaboration with category teams;
- Develop the marketplace business model;
- Formulate a backlog of business model growth hypotheses (prioritization, evaluation);
- Support operational and product teams;
- Develop the competencies of the marketplace team;
- Be responsible for the 3P P&L;
- Support operational tasks.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in large marketplaces;
- Experience as an E-com leader (knowledge and understanding of the business model);
- English language – good conversational level;
- Experience in building and developing a team;
- Ability and readiness to work in a matrix management system;
- Management of sales of the extended assortment offer;
- Understanding of marketplace logistics models;
- Commercial acumen for setting goals and business metrics (financial results).
