Brand Manager for Children's and Teen Literature Editorial
"EKSMO DETSTVO" is an editorial team that creates books for children and teenagers. We work on projects that foster a reading habit and stay with the audience for a long time.
We are looking for a Brand Manager who will develop book directions, series, and author projects in the children's and teen literature segment. This role is at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product management: you will participate in selecting priority projects, forming promotion strategies, and directly influencing the commercial success of books.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for assigned book directions and categories
- Forming promotion plans for a month, quarter, and year
- Analyzing sales, assortment, and market trends, identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and development
- Determining projects for priority promotion and presenting marketing initiatives to management
- Planning and controlling advertising campaign budgets
- Launching and coordinating marketing activities in digital, PR, SMM, event, trade, and partner channels
- Seeking new partners and developing collaborative projects
- Assigning tasks to contractors and internal teams, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution
- Preparing presentations, promotional materials, and content for book and series promotion
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities and preparing analytical reports
- Collaborating with editorial teams, authors, the sales department, the finance department, and other marketing teams
- Representing the company's projects at industry events, exhibitions, and professional platforms
We expect:
- At least one year of experience in marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or project management
- Ability to work with data and make decisions based on analytics and performance indicators
- Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets
- Understanding of modern promotion tools: digital, PR, SMM, event marketing, partner projects
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with analytical systems will be an advantage
- Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating a large number of process participants
