What you need to do:
- Develop and implement promotion strategies for book projects
- Analyze the market, trends, competitors, and reader preferences
- Launch partnership projects and collaborations (including barters)
- Find and test effective promotion channels
- Create strong news hooks: creative newsletters, special projects, events
- Build systematic communication with authors or author agents:
- present marketing ideas for promotion
- approve creative solutions
- support releases and involve authors in promotion
- Organize reader meetings and author participation in events

- Proven experience in product promotion with responsibility for commercial results
- Ability to plan budgets and forecast sales
- Knowledge of modern marketing tools and channels
