🧲 Requirements: ✔️ 4+ years in leadership, in Country Head/COO/CEO positions in iGaming B2C ✔️ Strong track record of expanding CIS markets ✔️ Deep understanding of local regulations, player behavior, and market trends ✔️ P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence ✔️ Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian

🛠 Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Set and execute an ambitious growth strategy across CIS markets ✔️ Lead cross-functional teams, inspire and align them with business goals ✔️ Build scalable processes and ensure operational efficiency ✔️ Drive revenue and monitor KPIs to hit ambitious targets ✔️ Shape the company’s presence in key CIS markets and strengthen relationships with partners
